Many organisations hold their financial truth in several places: an accounting ledger, bank feeds, spreadsheets of management adjustments and the CRM's view of what was invoiced. Month-end reports arrive late, disagree with each other, and answer the accountant's questions rather than the ones a director brings to a pricing, hiring or funding decision. FINMETRA is being designed to close that gap.
What it does
One reconciled data set
The design goal is to bring accounting, banking and management data into one model, with each figure traceable to its source record.
Reporting built around decisions
Reports are intended to start from the decision in front of the reader, such as a pricing change or a funding request, and show the figures that bear on it.
What is still open
Data sources, delivery format and launch timing have not been decided.
