FuelVeriq
Fuel Quality, Supply Integrity & Intelligence
A fuel quality and supply-integrity platform in MVP. It records measurements and shipments, applies explainable rules and keeps investigation cases with their evidence.
Current stage
Pre-launch. FuelVeriq runs as an MVP demonstration using synthetic records, and pilot enquiries are open. It has no deployments or pilot results yet.
When fuel quality is questioned, the evidence is usually scattered: meter readings in one system, shipment papers in another, laboratory results in email, and sample custody on paper. Investigators then struggle to show which measurement raised the concern, who held the sample, and which laboratory finding superseded which. FuelVeriq keeps those records together, with the rule that fired and the observations behind it.
What it does
Measurement and shipment records
The MVP takes measurements through authenticated ingestion or manual entry, and imports shipment records from validated CSV files.
Explainable rules
Method- and unit-specific rules check water-related conditions, data quality and data freshness. Each warning keeps the observations that triggered it, so a reviewer can see why it fired.
Investigation cases
A case links the source measurements, notes, sample custody, versioned laboratory findings and private evidence files. Files are hashed and each case keeps a linked audit history.
Access control
Permissions are enforced on the server, organisations are kept separate, sharing needs an explicit grant, file access is private, and privileged users sign in with multi-factor authentication.
Technical exports
Case records can be exported as attributed technical reports.
What we do not claim
- No live deployments, customers or pilot results.
- No government or regulatory partnerships, certifications or endorsements.
- No verified integrations with sensors, ERP, terminal, laboratory or government systems.
- No predictive AI and no certified metrology.
- No notarised or externally immutable evidence storage.
- A warning is a reason to investigate. It is not a finding of fraud.
Questions executives ask
Can we see FuelVeriq working?
Yes. A guided demonstration using synthetic records can be requested through fuelveriq.com.
Who operates FuelVeriq?
THEFOCUS LTD operates FuelVeriq, as its privacy notice states.
Does FuelVeriq detect fuel fraud?
It flags records that meet a rule and keeps the evidence behind the flag. Whether anything improper happened is decided by the people who investigate, using laboratory findings and their own procedures.
Does FuelVeriq connect to our sensors or ERP system?
Not yet. Data enters through authenticated ingestion, manual entry or CSV import. Sensor, ERP, terminal and laboratory integrations have not been verified and would be scoped as part of a pilot.
