Construction & Home Improvement
In construction and home improvement, the sale begins with a form, a phone call or a showroom visit. We build the sites and lead flows that capture those enquiries, record where each one came from and keep the commercial records that tie them to revenue.

Business challenges
01
Lead forms that lose enquiries
Quote forms hidden behind pop-ups, forms that never fire an analytics event and enquiries routed to an inbox nobody checks all lose leads without anyone noticing.
02
Related brands competing in the same searches
Owners who run several trades under separate brands often compete with themselves in local search. A brand name can also clash with an unrelated company in AI search answers.
03
Planning advertising with no account history
Showroom and fabrication businesses rarely have usable ad-account history. Competitor messaging and local price bands have to be established from public data before a budget is set.
04
Invoices that drift from payments
Over a long relationship, invoices, credit notes and bank receipts drift apart. Without a reconciliation against bank records, neither side can say with confidence what is owed.
Where the opportunity sits
Visible, tracked lead flows
A short two-step quote form with a confirmed analytics event and a logged copy of every submission turns enquiries into a number the owner can count and compare by source.
Sites built for AI search from launch
Structured data, licence statements, llms.txt files and disambiguation copy help search engines and AI assistants describe the business, its trades and its service area correctly.
Site assistants grounded in the site's own data
On-site chat that answers only from the business's published information, tested against a bank of real customer questions, handles routine queries without inventing answers.
How we approach it
We start with how an enquiry becomes a job: the form or call, who receives it, how it is followed up and where the sale is recorded. Sites are built or rebuilt with structured data and analytics from launch, and every lead form is tested end to end. Where a business has no ad history, campaigns are planned from public competitor ads and local price bands, launched paused for the owner's review and switched on only on the owner's instruction. Where several brands share an owner, we map their search overlap before adding pages. Commercial records are reconciled against bank data so the relationship has one agreed balance.
How our experience is evidenced
Anonymised engagements in Australia, an ongoing website, lead capture and search programme for a group of related construction and home-improvement businesses, and in the United States, competitor research and lead-generation campaigns for a kitchen cabinet and countertop business, delivered through a partner agency. New sites have launched and campaigns are live; lead volumes are too early to report and are not claimed.
Questions executives ask
We run several trade brands. Should they share one website?
It depends on whether customers see them as one business. We look at search overlap, how enquiries are handled and how each brand is licensed before recommending one site, separate sites, or a group page that links to each.
Can you run ads if we have never advertised before?
Yes. Without account history we plan from public ad libraries, competitor messaging and local price bands, then launch with lead tracking in place so the first weeks produce data you can use.
Do website chat assistants make things up?
Ours are restricted to the site's own published information and tested against a bank of real customer questions before launch. Those tests are kept and rerun whenever the assistant or the site content changes.
How do you show whether the website is producing leads?
Each form submission fires an analytics event and is also logged separately, so the two counts can be checked against each other. We report lead counts by source once there is enough volume to read, and say when there is not.
