Accessibility statement

The accessibility standard thefocus.solutions aims to meet, what we know does not yet meet it, and how to report a problem or ask for information in another format.

Our commitment

THEFOCUS LTD wants thefocus.solutions to be usable by as many people as possible. We design and test the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.

You should be able to:

  • navigate the whole site, including menus and the enquiry form, using only a keyboard;
  • zoom to 400% with text reflowing to fit the screen and no content lost;
  • change colors, text size and spacing through your browser or operating system;
  • use the site with a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack;
  • turn off non-essential animation by setting your device to reduce motion.

Compliance status

We believe the site partially meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. The known limitations are listed below. We will update this statement as we fix them.

Known limitations

[REVIEW: list the issues found in the pre-launch accessibility audit, each with the WCAG success criterion it fails and the planned fix date. If the audit finds none, replace this section with: "We are not aware of any content that fails WCAG 2.2 level AA. If you find a problem, please tell us."]

This statement covers thefocus.solutions only. Product websites we link to, such as LocalBoostHQ and FuelVeriq, and websites run by other organizations are not covered.

Reporting a problem or asking for another format

If you find a part of the site you cannot use, or you need information from it in a different format such as large print, plain text or an accessible document, email info@thefocus.solutions with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please tell us the page address and the problem you met. If you prefer, you can use the enquiry form and choose any area of interest.

We read every report and will reply to tell you what we will do.

How we test the site

The site is tested with automated accessibility checks (axe and Lighthouse) on every build, together with manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus order, zoom and reflow, color contrast and screen reader output on the main page templates.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 14 October 2026. It is based on testing carried out by THEFOCUS during the site's development. We will review it at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the site.
