How an engagement runs
Six steps, in a fixed order. The order is the method: nothing is built before the numbers are trusted, and nothing is called finished before it has been measured.
01
Discover
We read the business before the brief: the P&L lines that matter, the systems that produce the numbers and who owns each decision. Access stays read-only until there is a reason to change anything.
02
Diagnose
We test the numbers before trusting them. Platform figures are reconciled with orders and reports with ledgers, so the diagnosis rests on records rather than dashboards.
03
Design
The plan names the change, the system that has to carry it, the owner and the measure that will show whether it worked. Every option comes with its cost and its failure mode.
04
Implement
The same team builds what the plan needs: tracking, data models, store and ad-account structures, automations and software. Changes are staged, logged and reversible where the platform allows.
05
Measure
Results are read against the baseline recorded during diagnosis, over a window long enough to mean something. When the data cannot answer the question yet, we say so.
06
Improve
What worked becomes the default and what did not is removed. You keep the documentation, the access and the measures, whether or not we continue.
Starting an engagement
- 01
A first conversation
We discuss the decision you are facing, the systems involved and the deadline. No proposal is written at this stage.
- 02
A scoped diagnostic
Where the problem needs evidence first, we propose a fixed diagnostic with read-only access and a written report.
- 03
An implementation scope
If you proceed, the scope names the changes, the owners, the measures and what is excluded. Pricing is agreed per engagement.
Working together
- 01
Access and safety
We ask for the least access the work needs. Read-only first, write access only for named changes, and every live change is logged.
- 02
Working with your team
We work alongside in-house teams and existing agencies. Where we find a defect in someone else's work, we document it and propose the fix rather than taking over by default.
- 03
Reporting
You receive written updates tied to the scope: what was done, what was found, what is waiting and on whom.
