Context
A group of related small construction and home-improvement businesses in Australia, each with its own website, licences and local service area.
The challenge
Several brands needed new websites at the same time, an existing quote form was hidden in a pop-up and losing enquiries, and one brand's name clashed with an unrelated company in search results.
Our approach
Every brand was to get a site that is measurable from launch day, a quote form customers can see, and search listings that are not confused with another business. Each site was also built to look distinct from its siblings, so the group's brands do not read as one template.
What we implemented
We launched new sites with structured data, licence statements and analytics from day one, and migrated legacy product ranges. We rebuilt the hidden pop-up quote form as a visible two-step lead flow, added chat assistants that answer only from the site's own content and tested them against real customer questions, and added disambiguation to the site and its AI-search files where a business name clashed. The search ad accounts are reviewed weekly.
Outcome
Three new sites went live in late September 2026 and lead capture on an existing site was rebuilt. It is too early to judge lead volume from the new sites, so no lead result is claimed.
Highlights
- New sites launched with analytics, structured data and licence statements in place from day one
- Hidden pop-up quote form rebuilt as a visible two-step lead flow
- Chat assistants restricted to the site's own content and tested against real customer questions
