Context
A brand in Türkiye with its own workshop production, selling decorative design objects nationwide through a hosted store to consumers and institutional buyers.
The challenge
Two analytics properties disagreed, a redirect app was polluting traffic sources, the store had no consent gate for local data-protection rules, the email platform had stopped sending because of a plan quota, and the ad platforms claimed more revenue than the store took in total.
Our approach
Each audit finding became a tracked task. We verified the premise of each task on the live systems before acting, closed tasks only on evidence, and handed back with written instructions the items that platform limits made impossible to automate.
What we implemented
We fixed the traffic-source defect where it originated, added a consent gate because the platform offered no setting for the local regime, brought email automation live once the quota was resolved, and aligned feed delivery times with the published shipping policy. We rebuilt the search and social campaigns around the products that sell and added lead capture for business buyers.
Outcome
Mobile pages passed Google's field Core Web Vitals assessment and the Search Console validation closed. Traffic-source pollution was removed at source and email automation went live. The paid relaunch started in October 2026 and has no measured result yet.
Highlights
- Mobile pages passed the field Core Web Vitals assessment, confirmed by a closed Search Console validation
- Traffic-source pollution removed at its origin instead of filtered in reports
- Every audit finding tracked as a task and closed only on live evidence
