Context
A domestic manufacturer of high-ticket outdoor-living products in Türkiye, selling online and through showrooms.
The challenge
Analytics recorded no revenue and no key events. Phone and messaging conversions were counted at zero value and pooled with purchases, so value-based bidding had nothing to optimise. The best-performing search campaign was paused while a weaker automated campaign ran.
Our approach
The audit covered analytics, search console, the ad accounts, the product feed, site performance, structured data and the brand's reputation on other sites. It showed a business that sells like a showroom while spending like an online store. The client turned the report into a paid programme covering store migration, measurement setup and paid media, with acceptance criteria written into the contract.
What we implemented
We migrated products, customers and historical orders to the new platform and checked the counts independently against the old one. We wrote measurement acceptance criteria for ecommerce events, revenue reconciliation, server-side events and feed health. Because the old site could not record conversions during the rebuild, we launched phone, form and messaging lead campaigns with a dedicated tracking number for each ad platform.
Outcome
The migration was verified record by record against the old platform. The lead campaigns went live and their first form leads were rated relevant by the sales team. The new store has not launched yet, so no revenue result is claimed.
Highlights
- Historical orders migrated and verified record by record against the old platform
- Measurement acceptance criteria written into the delivery contract
- A dedicated tracking number per ad platform so phone leads can be attributed during the rebuild
